To perform the unconfined compressive strength of hydraulically bound mixtures of fine and medium grained soil specimens, the main Standards require to manufacture the test specimens using a suitable mold set kit.
Several versions are available according to the Standard
- EN 13286-53
- NF P94-100
Each test set conforming to EN 13286-53 includes:
- 1 mold,
- set of 2 end plugs
- set of 2 plug displacing collars with 3 different heights (5.00 mm; 8.33 mm and 12.50 mm)
- 1 demolding plugger
- 1 specimen collector

Each test set conforming to NF P94-100 includes:
- 1 mold
- 5 stainless steel casing
- 2 compaction plugs
- 1 set of plug displacing collars
- 1 demolding plunger
- 1specimen collector
